Hi, I’m Ashley.

As a people-driven professional, I've dedicated over a decade to optimizing organizational effectiveness and driving transformative people strategies. My roles as both a Chief People Officer and Chief Operations Officer for a fast-growing nonprofit organization have allowed me to establish compliance measures, training programs, and performance management systems that foster a culture of continuous improvement. I’ve spearheaded the implementation of an organization-wide operating system, created standard operating procedures for every part of an organization, and helped lead organizations through change and growth. My passion for empowering individuals and organizations is matched by a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement and driving positive change.

As a native of Orlando, Florida, I bring a strong academic foundation to my professional journey. I hold a Bachelor of Sociology from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Georgia. Throughout my career, I’ve continued to enhance my knowledge and skills through additional professional development, including the EOS Integrator Masterclass and completing the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional exam.

While my professional life has been centered in Athens, Georgia, my personal life is equally important to who I am. I share my home with my incredibly supportive husband, Alan, and our two dogs and cat, Riley, Dood, and Binx. Beyond work, I have a deep love for music and concerts, travel, yoga, markets and festivals, the outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family. These personal interests not only enrich my life but also contribute to my well-rounded perspective in the professional world.
